Formation of Hillview Neighbourhood Committees
Bukit Gombak Constituency first Neighbourhood Committee, Hillview Connections was officially formed on 1st March 2004.

The pioneering members comprised of residents from the Century Mansions, Glendale Park, Hillbrooks, Hillview Apartments, Hillview Residence & Hume Park I.
The second Neighbourhood Committee, Hillview Vantage representing the cluster of 6 condos situation along Hillview Avenue minor road; namely Hillview Avenue (minor); namely Hillview 128, Hillview Residence, Merawoods, Amston, Montrosa, Hilltop Groove expected to  officiated in October 2007.

We strive to create a vibrant and caring community within Hillview Private Residential Estate by constantly engaging and connecting residents beyond social to achieve strong community bonding, social cohesion and good neighbourliness among residents.
